Membership Cards

Membership cards will be distributed at Leadership Training Conference and at the state office on specified pick up days during July.

Membership cards are not distributed to PTAs/PTSA if:

  • 2007-2008 incoming officers have not been submitted to the state office.  This information may be emailed to the state office or faxed to 404-525-0210.
  • 2006-2007 membership dues were not paid.

If you need more information on how to obtain your membership cards, please contact the state office at 404-659-0214 or 1-800-PTA-Today.

In order to receive additional membership cards, the state office must receive dues for 75% of those already received for 2007-2008. Submit dues using the Dues Transmittal form.

Complete the additional membership card form and fax or mail to the state office.

Membership Lists

National PTA requires a complete list of names and addresses (including email addresses) of PTA members. It is the responsibility of the membership chair, in cooperation with the secretary, to keep an accurate list of the current PTA membership.
